About the Marketplace

The Orthodox Marketplace is made possible through an initiative organized and administered by the Department of Internet Ministries at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.

Customer Service

If you have placed an order:

• Log into your account - if you don't think you have one, try entering your email address in the "Track your order" box on the front page.
• In the "My Account" section, click on 'Orders'
• Select the order you have a question about - at the top right you will see a link, "Start communication."
• Enter your name and message - your communication history for the order will remain as part of the order - along with support staff responses.

If you have NOT placed an order:

• Please send us a message through the 'Contact Us' link at the top or bottom of the page.

If you are having problems ordering on-line:

• Make sure you are not on a government or hospital computer system. Sometimes extra security measures taken by these institutions can mask your communications - a technique also used by on-line criminals who wish to hide their identity. Our store blocks proxies and we reserve the right to block any accounts or users who are connected with suspicious or fraudulent activity.

If you would like to pay off-line using a check or other methods:

• Add products to your cart and choose the 'Fax Order' payment method.
• Print out the resulting invoice and fax it along with payment information to 1-888-429-2652.
• You can also download a fillable Adobe PDF order form that includes our fax number and information. Shipping on the form is an estimate - you will be charged actual shipping costs which are generally lower. We will contact you if it is more.

Returns Policy

Generally speaking, if you have to return a product that has nothing wrong with it, we will not pay return shipping for it and you will be refunded the cost of the item.

• Books, icons and home goods are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
  
• Music and videos are returnable within 7 days of purchase - opened merchandise cannot be returned.
• Downloadable purchases are non-refundable. If you previously purchased an item and need to download it again due to data loss, please log in and contact us from the original order page in your order history.

The above stipulations do not apply, and shipping/insurance charges will be refunded if the return is due to the following:

• The product is not what was ordered
• The product has manufacturing defects
• The product has missing components
• The parcel has been damaged during shipping

If you observe noticeable damage on the outside of your package and believe the contents to be affected, please contact us so that we can send out a new shipment and start the damage claims process. We will be unable to process or refund shipments without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

To arrange a product return:

• Log into 'My Account'
• Click the 'Orders' link and find the applicable order.
• On the order page, return links will appear for products that are still within their return period (weekend days are not included in the count).

Product return requests can also be tracked from the 'My Account' page.

Returns Address

Please contact us before trying to send packages. Packages sent to New York, Oklahoma or Oregon without proper notification will see significant delays in processing refunds and exchanges.
