Generally speaking, if you have to return a product that has nothing wrong with it, we will not pay return shipping for it and you will be refunded the cost of the item.
- Books, icons and home goods are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
- Music and videos are returnable within 15 days of purchase - opened merchandise cannot be returned.
- Downloadable purchases are refundable for store credit only. If you previously purchased an item and need to download it again due to data loss, please log in and contact us from the original order page in your order history.
The above stipulations do not apply, and shipping/insurance charges will be refunded if the return is due to the following:
- The product is not what was ordered
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product has missing components
- The parcel has been damaged during shipping
If you observe noticeable damage on the outside of your package and believe the contents to be affected, please contact us so that we can send out a new shipment and start the damage claims process. We will be unable to process or refund shipments without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please contact us before trying to send packages. Packages sent to New York, Oklahoma or Oregon without proper notification will see significant delays in processing refunds and exchanges.
